SALE OF PRODUCTS

The product descriptions contained in the Nobliance online shop do not represent binding offers by the seller, but serve to enable the customer to submit a binding offer. A sales contract is only concluded when the ordered product has been sent to the customer and the shipment to the customer has been confirmed by Nobliance via email (shipping confirmation).
If, at the time the customer places the order, no more copies of the product selected by the customer are available, Nobliance will inform the customer of this by e-mail. A contract is not concluded in this case. In this case, Nobliance will immediately reimburse any payments already made by the customer.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

The delivery and shipping methods specified in the online shop apply. The seller is entitled to make partial deliveries. Products are delivered to postal addresses in Switzerland. In particular, Nobliance works with suppliers from China. These send a significant part of the orders directly to customer addresses.
The delivery time specified in the offer or in the order confirmation is a guide and is not binding. As a rule, Nobliance products have delivery times of 10 to 20 calendar days. Nobliance endeavors to give its customers an accurate delivery date according to the information provided by their suppliers.
From a delay in delivery of 15 calendar days after the specified delivery period, the customer can cancel the order for the product in question. If only part of the ordered goods is not delivered, the right to cancellation is reduced to the outstanding part of the order. Amounts already paid will be refunded. The customer has no further claims.
The delivery time is extended in the event of circumstances affecting the delivery, force majeure or comparable influences.
The customer undertakes to check the delivered goods immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Damage to the delivered goods must be reported to Nobliance as soon as possible, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.

PAYMENT MEANS

Together with the order confirmation, the customer will receive an invoice (in electronic form) listing all the products purchased in the order.
When purchasing with credit cards or with PayPal or other payment services, the charge is made at the time the ordered items are shipped to the delivery address of the order. The data when paying via debit and credit cards or via payment services are transmitted in encrypted form.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

Customers can return goods without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. The time at which the package is handed over to the customer is decisive for the deadline when it is sent by post. The product must be securely packaged by the customer for return.
Nobliance will decide on a refund of the purchase price as a result of a return after examining the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, our cancellation policy applies.

GUARANTEE

The seller provides a 2-year guarantee for its goods and services, with the exception of consumables, wearing parts, batteries, rechargeable batteries, projection lamps and housing parts. This does not restrict the statutory warranty obligation. The guarantee period begins at the time of delivery.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must always contact Nobliance's customer service. It is not a guarantee case if there is a reason for exclusion. Reasons for exclusion may include, in particular, elementary damage, moisture damage, impact or fall damage, natural wear and tear (e.g. cable breaks), incorrect manipulation, damage caused by external influences, improper treatment, use of third-party spare parts, repairs that were not carried out by official representatives, and interventions in the product or its modification. Wear parts, batteries, rechargeable batteries, projection lamps and housing parts are excluded from the guarantee.

Every Nobliance customer can subscribe to an electronic newsletter. This can be canceled at any time by opting out in any email or personally by contacting customer service.

We use the e-mail address that we received as part of the sale of a good or service. This applies to the electronic transmission of advertising for your own goods or services that are similar to those that a customer has already purchased from us.
